SONGTRUST I write for Songtrust, a music publishing service that also runs a blog to help music creators learn more about the industry. My work for them has ranged from technical articles explaining the intricacies of different royalty types to simple breakdowns of how Spotify pays songwriters. Writer Page →  BEATOPIA I’ve written for Beatopia, an up-and-coming music service that help connect rappers with producers whilie helping them learn more about the music industry. I’ve written articles for their music blog to help creators learn more about songwriting and breakdowns of streaming companies. SUBMIT MUSIC I write for Submit Music, an emerging company that allows creators to do WFH arrangements. I contribute short write-ups to Submit Music’s growing database of music genres. These write-ups are then used to provide direction and creative context to musicians working with Submit Music.NEWSLETTER I sporadically publish a newsletter via TinyLetter where I write about different blogs, music, and my radio show. My current show is called The Ham ‘N’ Egger. It’s a mixed bag of music, typically focusing on different genres each episode with occasional interviews. WFMU I also volunteer at WFMU, a freeform terrestrial station in Jersey City. I usually help out with the music library and packing merch.
